Ethersphere was composed and recorded over a period of 2 years (1998-2000) and was a limited release on CDr in 2001 by Slaughter Productions. It is the first and only Memoria work to be recoded digitally as prior tracks were created on 4-track tape and suffered from various analog problems.

"Undeclared" album consists of series of improvisations for prepared electric guitar, alto saxophone, semi-modular synth and electronics. Each recording is (re)composed, "recycled", spreading the material to different tracks, and extended with algorithmic procedures. Two interludes consist of "double-recycled" snapshots of existing tracks.
