These 23 tracks last 1 hour and 43 min (= 103 min). This cassette is as strange as the music !) But I guess there is something wrong. Actually, the music is very good. LD
I've found many B.C.O. tracks to download on "last.fm" website, but I noticed that none of them is like the corresponding track of the ambum them should come from. Anybody knows why? Are them re-mixes or alternative versions? Any suggestion is appreciate. Many Thanks. Alex T - El Topo
the thing on last.fm was as i think run by DAS but most titles do not match with the tracks on the tapes... the seeds of doom download it's the same... it's actually something different... but as i don't have all tapes myself i cannot tell you from which tape they are... guess there went something wromg whilst uploading all these tracks to last.fm regarding the everyman is a volume dl i'll check it with my tape next time... maybe it's the tape release mixed with other stuff or unused songs as it's submitted by an anonymous friend who named himself robo
i have someone at hand who has some more bco tapes... including a 20 tape box released at 10th anniversary on die industrieklasse and more than 15 other tapes not seen in the blogsphere
alex - i have 3 of those, they should appear here shortly (and would be 4 if cge records hadn't stiffed me for - i still remember the exact amount $66 back in '88).
i have everyman is a volume too, if an alternate rip is warranted.

yo wanckelpeter - that's something you got there...! i sent tk a list of my bco k7s, about 55 in all, excepting what i have dl'ed from various sites. it duplicates about half of yours, when excepting the 20 live tape thing (which i'd never heard of before, you lucky gelatinous mass=) subtracting your list, i can add: (in next comment, as for some reason i'm only able to write short messages here--)
+ many cd/cd-r's + a few vinyls + comp. appearances... related i have some unshared deathranch and crawling with tarts. i guess tristan calls the shots, but it's fine with me if you start with the +'s. let's go from there and i'll chime in with the -'s^. all good things to those who wait, so let's get lazy...!
p.s. forgot to mention i also have an old item ''magizine tape'' by *the* big city orchestra! no label or year, and not on discogs. maybe one of their first releases and also a poppy one!
yep lazyman that sounds great... as i'm no longer an lazyman, i've changed my identity which is now to qoute it with my favourite bco sample: i'm not a man and not even quite a machine... i suppose i must be something in between...
following this i don't take orders, i give them... :o)
so i would suggest you to start with the mind bent, the 1984 promo, the "magazine tape" (oh well, i love it when bco went on the paths of pop fame) and the childhood tape, of which i have a copy my myself as an ubuibi re-release... but that's something different from the original as it'S only 30 mins and i have no clue what it actually is...
the owlfull and stay left tape i have myself too but wouldn't rip them because they're available at the labels for just a few bucks and i think it would be more nice to support them by buying those instead of spreading them for free... well DAS seems to have no problems with this as he didn't care much about money as it seems, but for the labels it would be nice since they put a little work in it...
the rips of the tapes i mentioned would still take some time as i haven't sent him a quote yet and i'm still preparing the box which he get's in exchange... so no worries if you'll be quicker submitting your rips
and yes any older CWT or deathranch is also welcome... i like both a lot to make me one of the happiest persons on earth anyone has some of the john waterman side projects spinal machine, total disease and radio mull on tape?
