Abner Malaty - Astral Decay

Ancel Creamer, alias Abner Malaty, released a dozen tapes of ambient industrial music in the late eighties and early nineties. Though he gained recognition at that time, I fear he's been totally forgotten now...
If I shoud keep only one cassette by Abner Malaty, that would be "Astral Decay", so I share it as an introduction to the man's musical world for those who don't know it yet...

    Excellent Blog - I love all the infomation you provide, especially on these obscure tapes.

    Do you know the "Live Series 2" cassette put out by the Recloose Organisation? It features Het Zweet, Club Moral, Attrition, and Royal Family & The Poor (amongst others).

    I be dead impressed if you could come up with this.

    Thanks very much for this. Abner Malaty recordings are not so easy to track down these days! He apparently stopped recording in fairly sad circumstances.
